Hello Everyone. I recently sold a home where a couple was divorced. I then helped the wife get into a new home.. I helped a couple with 2 kids move to the Grass Valley area to escape the rat race and I just signed a listing for a condo that will be a short sale. It is not just distressed homes selling these days. However, if you do not market your listing right, you may get only a few or no showings with no offers. As a buyer you need to act quickly or your good deal may slip through your fingers. More on those thoughts in my next issue.
